I have had the privilege of working with some pretty amazing clients as well as other marketers. I believe in collaboration and research, clean design and thoughtful promotion. Below are a few examples of my work. I take pride in what I do and know what it is like to own and run a business.
Take boring text and bring it to life. I use imagery and striking headlines to bring life to projects. From art's education classes and camps to government documents, I can make you stand out and get noticed.
Summer camp sales for an arts camp that draws in kids that like to draw, act or sing...how to unite these themes? Everyone wants to be a super hero and go on an adventure! Theming an event can unite a group of people, create excitement and a brand within your brand. Isn't marketing fun?!
Working with The Maryland Senior Olympics was inspiring. Keeping in mind of the audience with your design is important. Emphasizing strength, commitment and excellence in both the photography and typography reinforced the organization's values and outreach to the senior community of athletes.
But they don't have to be! With exciting graphics and great writing, your catalog can inspire purchases, both online and the good old fashioned way!
Apply consistent methods of design to your portfolio of products, catalogs or services so when customers see you, they recognize your brand.
With the advent of digital printing, projects like this become more affordable. I came up with the concept and designed a small passport for an Open House event that got rave reviews. The passport was a take-away memory for kids attending the event.
Leaving space for large photos can draw a reader in and create appeal. Financials can be balanced with photography and tell a story of their own. The American Nurses Credentialing Center were able to bring feeling and personalization to their annual report with my design.
Make the kids want to be there! That was the charge - and this brochure certainly did, creating interest which got the phone ringing. The theme was carried through on signage, email promotions, t-shirts and this mailer. Whatever your event, let's work together to get the phone ringing!
A first impression only takes 3 seconds when you meet someone, even less with your brand. Lets work together and make your business a success from the first moment they lay eyes on you.
Avery's Fight is as non-profit that creates awareness not only for Avery, a young girl battling a life-threatening disease with no cure, but also for children with rare diseases all around the world. It is my pleasure to work with this organization to further this cause! @fightingforavery
One of my latest brand jobs - Yogativity is a brand created out of Clarksburg Yoga and Wellness to speak to a niche market, youth. The gritty texture and bright colors are youthful and powerful. What does your brand say?
Does your business require special elements such as packaging as well as branding? I've got that covered.
And picking the right image or graphic for your logo is equally important. Jhalak Dance Academy is a Bollywood dance company that teaches young and old to exercise and express themselves through dance.
Have an idea like a big red umbrella? Let me put that on paper and make a memorable brand.
I create logos that speak - they can tell what you do at a glance. Embrace your brand and get started with a logo that tells your story.
Make sure your brand speaks to your audience. Work with me to create a brand that is on point and memorable.
A logo for work trucks to letterhead. Let your brand become a visual reminder of who you are and what you do. Help yourself and let's create a brand with staying power.
Sometimes an 'ask' sometimes an announcement, a promotional campaign can change the course of the tides for your business. I design promotional materials that make sense, that spawn readers to want to know more. Let's brainstorm and plan your next move!
Every summer this arts center offers free concerts on the lawn. It can be hot outside in July, so we came up with a neat way to both cool the audience and promote the concerts and upcoming performance season.
Sometimes promotion comes with your business card and a hand shake. Make sure your card is memorable and clear - as competent as you are! And follow up with a matching email campaign.
Starting with a Save the Date mailing, the invitation and email campaign, make your gala full of the right attendees and a buzz in the community.
The President's Own Marine Corp Band used a historical bend to promote this concert and give a little history lesson, raising awareness of their concert series and their roots.
As a hand out, a leave behind, or a mailer, promote a special event in a special way that gains interest and gets held onto. Make marketing fun again!
Make your invitation to your awards program special like the American Nurses Credentialing Center and not only honor the recipients but the attendees. Make your audience feel as special as they are - take things up a notch.
An effort to increase understanding of the cumulative benefits of the arts on a community and increase year end giving.
A special shape, a bright color, stunning imagery and concept. Sometimes getting from dreary to outstanding is just a concept away...
Signage is great, you can say 'Please come in!' 'Go this way' 'We are here.' 'We do this or that' - it is all in how you voice it. A photo, a logo, an arrow, a statement. I create signs that matter.
The Kay family made a large donation to this arts center and dedicated their main gallery in memory of their parents. I created this logo and the design concept to match the Center's architecture and honor the family in a meaningful way.
Banners are a good way to make a statement or give information in a large building or office space. If you often meet your public in your space, a banner can add to your brand and provide information to a captive audience.
Many considerations go into planning outdoor signage. From promotion to permits, could your space use an outdoor boost in your visibility and add a sense of community?
Small promotions often only require a poster and a posting. If you have a public space and would like to promote an idea, a brand or a campaign - posters and signs might be a cheap and fast answer for you.
